Contributes to business and plant results while maintaining positive employee relations.The Maintenance Teamleader also drives FPR AM Progression by transferring tasks from PM (Maintenance Technicians) execution to AM (production line) execution. This includes the selection, revision and validation of tasks before final transfer. As well as providing resources to facilitate AM execution as well as taking care of (identified) technical/operational issue(s) resolution.Theprimary accountabilities of the role include managing AM Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, daily maintenance schedule adherence, problem-solving and continuous improvement execution/implementation.TheTeam Leader Maintenance has to be an effective and valuable member of the Technical Systems team, to ensure delivery of plant business results.
