ITALY TREVISO CORPORATE SERVICES LEGAL 05/20/2025 IP SPECIALIST: Responsibilities: - Main Responsibilities: - Assist with the protection of IP assets against infringements worldwide: conduct online researches, gather information, organize evidence, draft cease and desist letters, file oppositions and cancellation actions; - Survey customs and coordinate with local authorities for product detention and various formalities; - Process correspondence with outside counsels to coordinate legal actions; - Cooperate in developing online watching services and enrol in IP protection tools. Manage online enforce on marketplaces, social media, websites and fraudulent domains; - Support for internal procedures and guidance documents development and for the relevant training to other departments; - Assist with the due diligence related to development agreements, license agreements and the execution of NDA.
