Responsibilities
* Conduct maintenance and repair of elevator installations within city and province.
* Receive customer service calls, perform requested interventions, and report timing and execution details per company guidelines.
* Execute emergency repair work, diagnostics, and reactivations, and report to the supervisor.
* Carry out scheduled biannual inspections in compliance with legal requirements.
* Ensure an excellent level of customer service.
Qualifications
* Technical diploma or similar qualification in engineering or related discipline.
* Prior experience as an elevator technician in the sector.
* Possession of an elevator and hoist maintenance license (patent).
* Client orientation and results‑focused mindset.
* Good communication skills, flexibility, problem‑solving ability, and willingness for continuous learning.
