Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage IT services and offerings using ServiceNow CSDM, collaborating with Service Owners and Managers to shape high-level requirements. You will create and refine service pricing rules and related catalog interactions. You will produce customer reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide visibility for CTOs and customers, and monitor service performance through SLAs and OLAs. This position offers the chance to contribute to Generali's digitization and cloud initiatives and work across cross-functional teams.

* Manage IT Services and Service Offering leveraging ServiceNow CSDM
* Identify and improve service pricing definition rules and related interaction with the Service Catalogue
* Create and maintain measures on ServiceNow used as SLA, underpinning contract and OLAs
* Produce, maintain and evolve customer reports and dashboards in Power BI for CTOs and customers
* Monitor service performance via configured SLAs and dashboards, with regular touchpoints to Service Owners/Managers
Responsabilità
* At least 2 years of working experience
* Italian and English working proficiency
