**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will manage the sale of spare parts, as well as develop and maintain relationships with key clients, expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence on the market, operating at an international level. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving growth and hitting spare parts, kit & service sales targets by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan
- Conducting in-person customer visits to maintain relationships and provide personalized service
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Overseeing the negotiation and management of stock agreement contracts with customers
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Coordinating with the sales and back-office team to develop and implement a proper sales plan and to determine sales prices, based on internal guidelines, market conditions, and business strategies
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team The position will be based in Offanengo (CR), Italy.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent and previous experience in similar roles
- Experience in the converting machines business is appreciated
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Autonomy, flexibility, dynamism
- Excellent ability to process data (Excel, Power BI,)
- Understanding and reading of technical design
- SAP knowledge and experience is appreciated
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
