This role is tailored for individuals who have a keen interest in financial technologies and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative' you will assist clients in Italian' providing guidance and assistance regarding various financial services and products. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries related to FinTech products and services' including account setup' transactions' and troubleshooting via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Offer clear and concise information about financial products' helping customers understand their features and benefits. - Assist customers with issues related to their accounts and transactions' ensuring swift resolutions. - Resolve any complaints and feedback effectively' aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. - Stay informed about financial regulations' products' and industry trends to provide relevant assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is advantageous. - Prior experience in customer service' preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector. - Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly. - Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer issues. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and financial applications is a plus. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as necessary. - Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
