Main activities: - Ensure the accurate and timely issuance of various documents related to the Back Office process; - Develop and update operating procedures and guidelines related to the Back Office process; - Plan tasks and activities to achieve customer service performance indicators; - Work with the Finance department to solve problems related to invoices and payments; - Work closely with the Shipping department to ensure timely delivery of each order (prepare loading plans and shipping documents); - Accurately maintain customer database, master records, and sales contract files. Requirements: - High school Diploma or graduate degree in Administration/Economics/Languages; - Excellent knowledge of English and French or German Languages; - Customer service orientation; - Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
