Our platform allows traders to trade anytime, anywhere, supporting them in their journey to build a safe financial future. /ppbYour Role in VT Markets /b /ppAs our Senior Business Development Executive for, you will be instrumental in driving VT Markets' expansion across markets through strategic partnership development and client acquisition. Working closely with our global business development and marketing teams, you will focus on building and managing a robust portfolio of affiliate and institutional partners while identifying new growth opportunities within the FX and Multi-asset industry. Your role will be critical in achieving our ambitious growth targets and establishing VT Markets as a leading presence in the trading landscape. /ppThis is remote based position in Italy. /ppbBusiness Development Market Expansion /b /ppIdentify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and lead generation within the FX and Multi-asset industry /ppExpand and manage VT Markets' portfolio of affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic alliances across markets /ppActively prospect, qualify, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building /ppbClient Partner Relationship Management /b /ppBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention /ppCollaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and client relations to deliver comprehensive solutions to partners /ppMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities /ppAchieve and exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs /ppMarket Expansion Excellence : Successfully establish VT Markets' presence in key markets through strategic partnership development and consistent pipeline growth /ppBuild and maintain a high-quality portfolio of productive affiliate and institutional partners that contribute meaningfully to company revenue /ppClient Relationship Leadership : Demonstrate exceptional client satisfaction scores and retention rates through proactive relationship management and superior service delivery /ppbWhat Makes You a Great Fit /b /ppBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field /ppMinimum 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B Multi-asset instrument or Multi-asset sales, account management, or business development roles /ppDemonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client portfolios /ppDeep understanding of FX / Multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations /ppProficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools /ppStrong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs /ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders /ppSelf-motivated and autonomous working style with strong organizational and time management abilities /ppPositive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships /ppFluency in English and Italian. /ppAdditional languages will be considered a significant advantage /ppbWillingness to travel within markets as per business needs /b /ppAs official partners of Newcastle United F. and Maserati MSG rating, VT Markets aspire to break the ancient boundaries of traditional personal finance.
