Anticipated start date January - February 2026 Join as Operations Manager with the planned scope to transition into Hotel General Manager where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest experience and efficient functioning across all departments. You will work closely with the department heads in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other operational areas as well as the Corporate Office to maintain high service standards, optimize revenue, and uphold brand values. ABOUT THE JOB - Lead and manage all daily hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and staff/product performance. - Tasked to support the setting and implimentation of operational budget and hotel business plan together with the hotel owner and TUI Group Hotels & Resorts, implimenitng recommendations for revenue improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and ensure brand loyalty. - Ensures that TUI product quality and service standards are met in all areas - Coordinate across departments to guarantee smooth operations and consistent service delivery. - Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety and hygiene standards as per the TUI hotel brand guidlines. - Supports in resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, enhancing guest satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies. Reporting during the transition year to the owner and coordinating the refurbishment and re branding with the TUI corporate office. ABOUT YOU - Proven experience in hotel operations/general management or similar hospitality management role, preferably within a fast-paced hotel environment. - Previous experience in new hotel openings and/or major refurbishments, with a proven ability to set up operations, recruit and train teams, and launch successfully. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and corporate stakholders. - Able to inspire confidence and influence change. - Strong financial and commercial acumen. - In-depth understanding of hotel management systems and operational processes. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure. - Strong written and verbal English is required for this role.
