Do you want to make a meaningful impact through your work? KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses and public entities to support them in transforming their business models, improving and digitalizing processes, analysing and managing risks, as well as assisting in extraordinary finance operations.
By joining theGovernance, Risk & ComplianceTeam in Rome, you will be part ofstrategic consultingprojects at both national and international levels for leading public sector clients.
Specifically, you will support the team in the following activities:
* Strategy Management: Developing strategic and operational plans for public entities, contributing to the identification of innovation and organizational development opportunities
* Project and Programme Management: Planning and managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of services and the respect of budgets, as well as supporting the client achieving predefined objectives
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to gain insights to provide the best solutions for the client; you will also prepare reports to support the client’s decision-making process
* Market Analysis & Business Development: Conducting market analysis, scouting opportunities, and identifying and anticipating client needs; you will also assist in preparing presentations and documents to support the development of project proposals for national and international clients.
You will join a young and dynamic team, engaging in projects aimed at identifying solutions and operational models designed to improve the productivity, efficiency, and quality of services provided by our clients.

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:
* A master’s degree in Economics, Management, Political Science, or a related field
* Strong interest in the public sector
* Excellent command of the English language (B2 or higher)
* Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
* Critical and creative thinking
* Curiosity and a strong inclination for continuous learning and improvement
* Flexibility and openness to collaboration in a dynamic environment
* Sensitivity to social responsibility issues and a drive to make a tangible impact for clients and society
The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
* Knowledge of public administration or public and semi-public entities, both at central and local levels, and/or European and international public institutions
* Previous experience in consulting or in the public sector.
