This role is key to coordinating, preparing, and compiling prequalification documents, supplier registrations, and tender submissions for binternational projects worldwide /b. You will work with global partners and clients across diverse regions, from the Americas to Asia and Africa, ensuring compliance and supporting the acquisition of new business opportunities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and manage prequalification documents and supplier registration processes. /li liCompile and submit tender documentation, questionnaires, and related administrative requirements. /li liCoordinate with internal departments (Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, etc.) to gather necessary information. /li liMonitor tender deadlines and ensure timely, accurate submissions. /li liMaintain and update supplier registers and tender archives. /li liPrepare tender status reports and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation /b: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. /li libLanguages /b: Excellent English (mandatory) and another European language (preferably German). /li libExperience /b: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. /li libIT Skills /b: Proficiency in common software applications and company tools. /li liStrong analytical skills and high attention to detail. /li liProblem-solving attitude and adaptability. /li liEffective time management and ability to work under pressure. /li /ul pbPlace of work /b: Parma (PR) /p pThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
