Job Description
Essential for store operations, the stock associate is responsible for all activities related to delivery and storage of merchandise to ensure optimal warehouse management.
Responsibilities
* Receive, process, and check incoming and outgoing goods.
* Arrange and label items, and verify anti-theft tags in collaboration with the store team.
* Sort items and organize them within the warehouse according to company policies and layout rules.
* Check product availability and restock sales areas.
* Participate in inventory counts to safeguard company assets and profits.
* Manage customer order deliveries in the sales area during peak times, supporting the sales team.
* Support product sales by providing good customer service.
* Actively participate in loss prevention efforts.
Requirements
* Experience in retail preferred.
* Team player, organized, methodical, and meticulous; possesses thorough knowledge of the warehouse and product to work efficiently.
* Ensure surveillance and organization for item control.
* Attentive and serious, with good stress management skills to handle increased merchandise flow during peak sales periods.
* Interest in fashion, especially sneakers and sportswear, is recommended.
