Key Responsibilities
* System Architecture & Strategy: Contribute directly to the architectural design by driving improvements in scalability, performance, and modularity, and evaluating new technologies for future adoption.
* Complex Feature Development: Implement highly functional features, focusing specifically on real-time/data-intensive UIs using clean, tested JavaScript/TypeScript and ensuring robust API integration.
* Quality Assurance & Accessibility: Guarantee code quality through writing strong unit/integration tests and ensuring the UI is compliant with WCAG/accessibility standards.
* Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks using profiling tools, with a focus on optimizing core web vitals like LCP (Largest Contentful Paint).
* Code Craftsmanship & Mentorship: Champion and enforce high standards for clean code through in-depth code reviews and providing clear technical guidance to peers.
* CI/CD & Ownership: Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling, taking complete end-to-end ownership of features through design, deployment, and subsequent monitoring/on-call support.
What You Bring
* 6+ years of experience as a Frontend or Full-Stack Engineer.
* Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and other related frameworks.
* Deep knowledge of modern architecture, state management, and rendering strategies.
* Proven experience with real-time systems and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
* Strong focus on testing practices and performance optimization.
* Experience with component libraries and web accessibility.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Bonus Experience: Regulated industries (gaming/fintech), transactional UIs.
