In this role, you will be responsible for the design of digital products and features across our websites (3 platforms: B2C, B2B and APP), translating business objectives into refined, user-centered experiences. You will craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces that reflect our brand identity and elevate the user journey. Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams, you will ensure that every interaction is coherent, purposeful, and optimized for usability, performance, conversion and measurable business impact. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liDesign end-to-end experiences for web and mobile, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction details. /li liDefine user journeys, task flows, and information architecture to simplify complex requirements into intuitive, elegant experiences. /li liRefine existing pages to improve conversion effectiveness, clarity, hierarchy, and visual structure. /li liMaintain consistency across products and contribute to the evolution of our design system and brand standards. /li liEnsure all designs are responsive, mobile-friendly, accessible, and performance-optimized. /li liValidate design decisions through prototyping, usability testing, A/B testing, analytics insights, and user feedback. /li liCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and senior designers to align on requirements and product goals. /li liStay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to drive innovation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience as a UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role. /li liA strong portfolio showing high craft UI and solid UX thinking. /li liProficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma). /li liFull proficiency in English; Italian is a plus. /li liStrong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. /li liSolid understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /li liStrong communication and collaboration abilities. /li liExperience in travel, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is a plus. /li liExperience with persuasive design is a plus. /li liExperience with APP and B2B design is a plus. /li /ul h3VISA Requirements /h3 pRight to work in Italy. /p pAt Explora Journeys, we are redefining luxury ocean travel — where discovery, well-being, and a deep respect for the seas come together in harmony.
