It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (ST)solutions to address defence and security needsof the Alliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganizes and keeps all ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - within their timeboxes. /li liProactively identifies and resolves "blockers" (e.g., technical issues or lack of resources) that hinder the team's progress. /li liMentors team members on self-management, cross-functionality, and Agile principles to improve overall performance. /li liAssists with Product Backlog management, ensuring items are clear and prioritized to maximize value. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience. /li liAn active CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification /li liA minimum of 3 years of professional experience facilitating Agile teams /li liProfessional experience with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.) /li liGood level of spoken and written English /li /ul pIf you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you!
