PpFor the Quality Department of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI) we are looking for a: /p h3Quality System Specialist /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the effective implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Standards throughout the Company in compliance with up-to-date mandatory requirements, reference standards, interested parties requirements, internal requirements defined by the organization /li liMaintain the Corporate Quality Manual and the Process Map of the whole Company, as well as the general Quality System procedures /li liSupervise the Plants’ Quality Systems to be fully integrated into the Corporate System /li liSupport the maintenance of the other Corporate documentation requested by the Quality Certifications (Analysis of the Context, Interested Parties, Risk and Opportunities, Process Indicators), liasing with all process owners /li liSupervise the issue of Quality Corporate procedures by each relevant function, checking their consistency with the whole system and providing continuous training and development of the Quality awareness across the Company /li liSupport the Quality Director in timely planning and executing the system audit to Corporate and Plant functions /li liSupport the Top Management process in the preparation of the Management Reviews /li liProvide continuous training and guidance to other quality auditors /li liPlan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality procedures /li liParticipate in the Third Party Quality audits (certification and maintenance audits), as well as in Customer audit whenever requested. /li liThe Quality System Specialist contributes to define and develop the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards as per ISO9001 and IATF standards. /li /ul h3Requirements of the position /h3 ul liTechnical Hight School /Degree (plus) /li liDeep knowledge of the Quality System requested by ISO9001 / IATF 16949 standard /li liPreferred knowledge of the ISO14001 and ISO45001 standard /li li1/3 years of experience in Quality System, being directly involved in the Certifications /li liQualified Quality auditor by Certification Body /li liKnowledge of the general automotive tools Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) /li li1/3 years of experience in the role /li /ul h3Requirements of the person /h3 ul liGood communication and interpersonal skills /li liTeam working and negotiations skills /li /ul pPlease be informed that for the personnel selection, after verifying the existence of professional requirements, priority will be given to the following categories: /p ul liWorkers already receiving income support instruments. /li liWorkers unemployed due to collective redundancy procedures. /li liWorkers from companies in the related area, currently involved in crisis discussions at MIMIT (Ministry of Business and Made in Italy). /li /ul pThe searches are aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
