We are looking for an open-minded, communicative and technically competent IT Service Desk support specialist to strengthen our onsite team, which offers our employees competent advice on various IT topics.
What You'll do
1. You will support the IT Team in providing assistance to employees across all IT services, including hardware, digital workplace, systems, applications, and equipment.
2. You will follow established processes to manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
3. You will collaborate with the Service Desk Team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
4. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
5. IT diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
6. Fluent English and Italian
7. Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365
8. Teamwork and resilience
