How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Guarantee general physiotherapeutic assistance in response to the health issues of Medicasa's clients.
* Develop and implement autonomously or collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, interventions for prevention, care, and rehabilitation in areas such as motor skills, higher cortical functions, and visceral functions following pathological events of various etiologies, whether congenital or acquired.
* Ensure patient health education; promote and support active participation in therapeutic decision-making.
Territories: APRILIA, PONTINIA, SABAUDIA, TERRACINA.
* Implement specific physiotherapeutic interventions that are autonomous and complementary, of technical, relational, and educational nature, in line with the activities outlined in the PAI;
* Ensure the execution of care activities tailored to patient needs, considering age, gender, health conditions, physical/psychological fragility, and respecting religious, ethnic, and linguistic specificities;
* Promote health and therapeutic education to the patient and caregiver;
* Act according to International Guidelines and procedures defined by Medicasa;
* Ensure proper use and storage of materials and devices provided by Medicasa at the patient's home; identify and plan care objectives; monitor clinical outcomes;
* Maintain accurate health and administrative documentation using the computerized Medical Record;
* Identify signs and symptoms related to the clinical situation and detect potential risk factors;
* Fulfill professional legal responsibilities, act ethically, and in accordance with the Deontological Code;
* Prepare periodic health reports and any other reports requested by the healthcare area;
* Participate in meetings organized by the operational center and health districts;
* Maintain continuous professional development through ECM credits as per national regulations;
* Participate in training courses organized by Medicasa.
Are you a MATCH?
* Degree in health professions related to rehabilitation.
* Registration with the Orders of health, technical, rehabilitation, and prevention professions, with valid ECM credits.
