ABOUT THE ROLE: We are currently looking for Italian speaking, Assistant Leadership Development Facilitators / Coaches to deliver a number of our leadership courses in Italy. If you are new to leadership development facilitation / coaching, this is a perfect opportunity to gain experience working alongside experienced facilitators / coaches. Coach training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of freelance associates and facilitate a number of our 3-day leadership development courses as part of a large global leadership programme for one of our clients. The leadership coaches need to be able to deliver the courses in Italian and also be able to communicate with the UK based programme team in the UK. KEY RESPONSBILITIES - Assist the lead coach with the delivery of the sessions as well as providing administrative support throughout each course. PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND - These courses are a great opportunity for individuals who are organised and have a passion for people development and want opportunities to build and develop their coaching skills. - Have a background in one or more of the following environments: - Performance or Occupational Psychology - Elite Sports - Military - Academia WHAT WE OFFER - EUR €400 per day - Coach training will be provided - All course material, including facilitator guides and slide decks and learning materials are provided. - All travel, accommodation and daily subsistence provided.
