About the role Conduct regular auditing field activities. Manage client relationships and implement a customer-focused approach. Carry out work efficiently and competently as per instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements. Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times. Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent registration for Lead Auditor acceptance. Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timelines and budgets. Meet professional standards and demonstrate core competencies. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. Contribute to a positive work environment and team dynamics. Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients. Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data communication. The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as: Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities. About you Position Qualifications Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS). Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Experience in coordinating and managing an audit team. Proven attitude towards auditing, including flexibility, mobility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and client relations. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
