Experteer Overview
In this role you guide technology planning, implementation, and maintenance for a property within Marriott. You’ll coordinate with vendors, owners, and staff to ensure IR systems align with brand standards and business goals. You’ll lead tech projects, manage infrastructure, and advocate for efficient, secure IT services that support guest experience and property operations. This position offers a chance to influence technology strategy in a hospitality setting and work closely with cross‑functional teams.

* Program, write, and manage use of computer systems and applications
* Oversee property-based systems, backups, and recovery processes
* Identify problems from data, propose and implement solutions
* Maintain and repair IT hardware and environment
* Ensure monitoring and administration of hardware, networks, and apps at the property
* Lead IR activities and ensure systems are functional at all times
* Manage equipment and software inventories and licensing compliance
* Coordinate with stakeholders and provide communications about system status and improvements
* Vendor management for property IT requirements; act as escalation point for issue resolution
* Direct adherence to SOP/LSOP and enforce IR policies and standards
* On‑site project monitoring, asset management, and cross‑area communication to achieve business objectives
* Provide information to supervisors and colleagues through multiple channels
Responsabilità
* BS/BA or equivalent work experience
* 3-5 years in a similar role
* Desirable: IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support experience
* Desirable: system-related professional certifications
* Strong knowledge of property systems, networks, and IT operations
* Ability to manage vendors and multi‑stakeholder environments
