PpAs a bWMS BY Developer /b you will work with technical and functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient design and implementation of solutions that fulfil the needs of the customer. /p pUtilizing your WMS knowledge and experience, you contribute to solution delivery across the project lifecycle. /p h3How you create impact /h3 ul liStay current with the latest functional and technical capabilities of the Blue Yonder (BY) application and the KN SwiftLOG platform—including architecture, configuration options, APIs, and customization features—to identify software solutions that meet specific business needs. /li liLiaise with stakeholders to fully understand and clarify business and technical requirements. /li liConduct detailed design activities and provide stakeholders with the necessary documentation to support go/no‑go decisions. /li liIdentify the appropriate technical stack for proposed solutions, seeking approval when non‑standard approaches are considered. /li liDevelop custom code to extend software functionality, add new features, or modify existing ones to meet business requirements. /li liEnsure all implemented components adhere to detailed design specifications and established coding standards. /li liPerform unit testing of developed components based on detailed designs, acceptance criteria, and test cases. /li liValidate successful deployment of implemented solutions before making them available to stakeholders. /li liProvide all mandatory documentation to support the implemented solution. /li liEnsure all deliverables comply with KN Quality Assurance processes and procedures. /li liCommit all source code to the appropriate repository in preparation for release packaging and deployment. /li liUse monitoring and profiling tools such as MOCA Console and Trace Analyzer to proactively detect, isolate, and resolve issues. /li liConduct root cause analysis on testing defects and implement appropriate resolutions. /li liApply a continuous improvement mindset to all activities, actively seeking feedback from peers and stakeholders. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve development processes and tooling to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /liliDevelop a solid understanding of integration methods with external systems such as WCS (Warehouse Control Systems). /li liCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on progress and issues. /li liWork independently or collaboratively within cross‑functional teams to contribute to project success. /li liCollaborate with both functional and technical stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of project and operational issues. /li liMentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their development. /li /ul h3What we would like you to bring /h3 ul liDegree educated in Computer Science or related field /li liDomain knowledge in WMS solutions preferable. /li liBlue Yonder (JDA) WMS / Discrete experience preferable.
