Position
The selected candidate will provide technical support to the production department during project execution, specifically regarding material selection and procurement, as well as the technical alignment of supplier quotations.
They will enter purchase requests (OVC) into the company ERP system according to the timelines defined by the production team.
They will also interface with the construction site to ensure continuous updates of the project documentation.
Main Responsibilities
1. Analysis of incoming projects provided by the internal Design Department or related to contract-based projects
2. Preparation of quotation requests and/or evaluation of quotations received during the estimation phase
3. Preparation of material lists for purchase orders
4. Entry of purchase orders (OVC) into the ERP system
5. Preparation of material submission sheets
6. Coordination with the construction site for verification of issued orders and for any modifications to be applied to project documentation (as-built)

Requirements
7. Technical high‑school diploma
8. 3 years of experience in electrical design or electrical construction
9. Knowledge of industry software: CAD tools or similar, electrical network sizing and calculation software, verification tools, bill of quantities software, and company ERP systems (Electrographics package preferred)
10. Knowledge of CEI / UNI electrical standards

Contract type: To be defined based on the candidate’s profile and previous experience.
Workplace: Spilamberto (MO), with availability for travel mainly within Emilia‑Romagna and, when necessary, throughout Italy.
