* High knowledge in Broadcast, installation, cabling and Broadcast ecosystems (equipment configuration, audio, intercom).
* Be updated and up to date with new techniques both in broadcasting and streamer world.
* Be up to date with the streamer world, what tools are used locally.
* Good leadership skills
