Junior ServiceNow Developer
to join our growing team. If you have at least
1 year of hands-on experience
with ServiceNow and hold a
CSA certification, this is a great opportunity to accelerate your career and work on enterprise projects in a collaborative, international environment.
What You’ll Do Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CSM, or other modules) Participate in requirements gathering and assist in creating technical documentation Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to deliver quality solutions Learn and apply ITIL and service management best practices Work on integrations and workflows under the guidance of experienced team members
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience working with the ServiceNow platform ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.) Understanding of
ITIL practices
and
service management concepts Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive, autonomous, and strong team player Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning. Fluent in Italian and English
