Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lean Project Management Specialist to join our Quality Safety & Environment team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Lean initiatives, training team members, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Value Stream Maps (VSMs) and Kaizen workshops to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Provide comprehensive training on Lean principles and tools to ensure team members are equipped to implement these practices effectively
Evaluate the organization's readiness for change and develop an implementation roadmap to scale Agile practices to the enterprise level
Promote Agile best practices throughout the organization
Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proven experience in Lean coaching and Agile methodologies
Excellent training and coaching skills
Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and improvement events
Experience in managing training programs and materials
Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory, knowledge of Spanish is preferred
Proficiency in Kaizen and data analysis
Knowledge of statistical process control concepts
Understanding of Lean Management and the software development lifecycle
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean principles, Agile methodologies, and project management.
They will be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels and drive positive change within the organization.
