This role involves participating in the design, supervision, and construction of large-scale renewable initiatives, mainly focusing on solar PV, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). /ph3Key accountabilities /h3ulliProvide engineering advice and technical support for the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, focusing on solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS. /liliReview project design drawings and participate in discussions with designers and BOP Contractors. /liliAssist in tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) by defining technical requirements and design specifications. /liliSupport the preparation and management of documentation needed to start construction on time. /liliCoordinate with procurement to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding processes. /liliPlan project steps to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective construction of solar PV, wind, and BESS projects. /liliSupervise that during construction, all permits and regulatory requirements are met. /liliReport project status, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to the Board. /liliOversee payment approvals and document preparations in line with project schedules. /liliCoordinate information flow within the Development Team and with other departments such as Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE Quality. /liliManage technical, schedule, safety, and quality issues during construction. /liliEngage with stakeholders during grid connection processes. /liliCollaborate with EPC contractors to resolve construction design issues. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEngineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering. /lili5-6 years of experience in renewable energy projects, mainly PV and wind farm construction. /liliKnowledge of components and technical equipment used in large-scale wind, solar PV, and high-voltage systems. /liliProficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, WindPro, Wasp, PVsyst. /liliWillingness to travel across Italy for project needs. /liliUnderstanding of local regulations for grid connection. /liliNegotiation and problem-solving skills. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliAnalytical skills and ability to interpret project design drawings. /liliProficiency in English (written and spoken). /liliTeamwork and reporting skills. /li /ulpWe aim for an energy transition accessible to everyone, from everyone! /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
