MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:
•Management of Customer contracts: preparation of contracts or change requests, management of the approval process, analysis of opportunities to enhance the offer (prices, additional services, etc.)
•Management of Suppliers/Partners contracts: verification and submission of new orders, periodic renegotiation, generally on an annual basis, of the terms of supply (prices, payment terms, etc.), performance analysis and evaluation of more efficient alternatives.
•Management of Relationships with Third Parties, including periodic meetings
•Management of Relationships with Internal Departments, mainly Legal and Finance
FINANCIAL CONTROL AND REPORTING:
•Preparation of Budget and Forecasts of revenues and costs for each line of business
•Monthly Monitoring of Revenues, Costs, and Investments for each line of business and analysis of deviations from the budget and forecasts
•Passive flow Management: creation of Purchase Requisitions, sending Purchase Orders and to suppliers, monitoring and verification of invoices received.
•Monthly check of active and passive payments, in collaboration with the finance department, and management of reminders.
•Periodic and ad hoc Reports for internal functions (mainly Finance and Market Data) and external parties (Suppliers/Customers)
YOUR PROFILE
o Degree in economics/engineering.
o Excellent knowledge of technological and network infrastructures.
o Solid knowledge of market logic and services provided in the stock exchange sector.
o Previous experience in contract management roles, with a particular focus on economic/technical aspects (e.g., economic evaluation of contracts, verification of SLAs).
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Strong commercial acumen.
o Excellent written and spoken English.
o Collaborative, independent, open, pragmatic, and customer-oriented approach to work.
