The Role The Regional Digital Marketing Specialist will execute B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for the EMEA region. You will collaborate with the global performance marketing team, local and global sales teams, and regional stakeholders to implement targeted campaigns, optimize digital channels, and engage key accounts effectively. This position requires fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Fluency in German is preferred. The role is based in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Norway, or Poland, with a preference for Germany or Austria. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Understand and adapt global marketing strategies to regional norms, executing across ABM, social media, email, and content campaigns. Develop multi-channel B2B campaigns, optimizing digital spend for lead generation, pipeline growth, and account engagement. Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategies to improve results. Create and optimize regional landing pages to resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to regional leadership and the global marketing team. Key Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing campaigns including paid media, social, email, content, and ABM. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6sense. Data-driven, strategic mindset with experience aligning marketing with sales. Fluency in English and at least one of the following: German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Fluency in German is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
