Facility Specialist Location: Ornago, Monza and Brianza, Italy, 20876 Company: Chart Industries _Ensuring VRV - Chart’s Success _ VRV, part of Chart Industries Inc., is an important industrial reality present for more than 60 years in the international arena both in the design and production of pressure equipment for the Oil & Gas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of insulation tanks for the distribution and storage of gas in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HNLG business. We are looking for a Facility Specialist to join our team in Ornago and Burago di Molgora plants. _What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be _ - Collect intervention requests from office staff and support the manager in organizing interventions based on urgencies and priorities; - Liaise with external suppliers regarding estimates, analysis and timing of activities; - Define and coordinate the cleaning schedule of the working environments (workshop and offices), with internal and external staff, and green maintenance; - Manage and maintain good condition and operation of the buildings/facilities, ensuring a comfortable environment for employees, Clients, visitors and Suppliers/Contractors working in the facility; - Manage the security service and intruder and CCTV alarms; - Manage waste purging, collection and delivery activities and waste pickup, coordinating internal, external and contractors/suppliers personnel; - Manage the company car fleet; - Manage heating and cooling systems and facilities; - Give support to the management of the company canteen, any catering services, etc., coordinating with internal and external Resources; - Draft RDAs related to General Services; - File, manage and update all documentation related to different projects and related activities. _Requirements & Preferred Qualifications will be _ - High school diploma, preferably in technical field; - At least 2/3 years of experience in Facility/General Services; - Ability to analyze physical and logístical processes and their organization; - Knowledge of Italian regulations in terms of construction and work safety; - Good PC and Microsoft Office package skills, - Knowledge of SAP and MaintainX is considered a plus; - Knowledge of English language is considered a plus; - Excellent organizational skills; - Excellent problem solving skills; - Excellent interpersonal skills. _VRV - Chart is an equal opportunity employer_ - VRV - Chart Industries is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
