R&I TRAINEE – INTERNSHIP / STAGE in Milan. Join our Research & Innovation Team and contribute to product development, portfolio monitoring, and tasting sessions. This dynamic internship offers exposure to cross‐functional collaboration across Marketing, IDDCs R&I, Quality and Regulatory, and Project Management.
Responsibilities
Support the R&I Manager in Innovation & Renovation projects from idea generation and exploration to product brief validation, product development, and launch, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and market requirements.
Monitor portfolio and competitors with a focus on nutritional values, ingredients list, sensory attributes, claims and packaging.
Organize tasting sessions with the core project team to validate or check new/existing recipes.
Manage portfolio specifications.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in Food Sciences, Food Technologies, Human Nutrition, Food Law (degree in Food Technology & Human Nutrition).
High accountability and sense of ownership.
Team player spirit, able to build trust within the department and across functions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Business and result‐oriented attitude.
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
