Clienteller
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers through an individual approach, leveraging different CRM and clientelling tools, to promote brand loyalty.Use CRM KPIs to strengthen and develop clientelling activity.Supporting customers in the purchase of all DODO products and enhancing product knowledge and storytelling.Welcoming every customer and providing the best customer experience mastering our brand history and heritage.
