Customer Service Specialist - German and English
Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English, fully dedicated to management, support, and assistance to customers, from order processing to delivery, and communication with customers, agents, or sales managers by mail or telephone.
ResponsibilitiesThe person will be in charge of the following activities:
* Processing orders received by mail, phone, or B2B and preparing shipping plans.
* Communication with customers and key accounts, agents, and sales managers.
* Follow end-to-end order to shipment process, ensuring timely shipping.
* Management of returned goods in accordance with agents, clients, and logistics.
* Compiling orders' reports, tracking shortages and delays, and communicating with the customer where required.
* Preparation of reports related to the availability of goods.
Specific RequirementsThe following skills are required:
1. Communication skills: excellent German, good English.2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of management system AS400 is appreciated.
