📍 Now Hiring: Manager – Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) | 6-Month Contract
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR leadership team supporting our Italy organization on a 6-month contract. This is a strategic and hands-on role partnering with country leadership to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations excellence.
Location: Milan, Italy
Work model: Hybrid (2 days in office)
Contract: 6 months
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leader and Leadership Team, providing expert HR guidance across organizational design, employee relations, labor law, and change management. You will work closely with global HR partners, COEs, and shared services teams to deliver compliant, high-impact HR solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Partner with country leadership on people strategy and organizational design
* Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation and HR policies
* Lead and manage employee relations and works council/collective matters
* Manage and support union relationships and local union agenda
* Implement HR and business-driven changes with procedural accuracy and compliance
* Proactively assess HR and employment risks and drive mitigation plans
* Deliver in-country HR plans to support organizational effectiveness
* Support BAU HRBP activities aligned with the HR responsibility matrix
* Promote strong alignment with company Code of Conduct and culture
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
* 7+ years’ experience in HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles in a global organization
* Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR policies
* Proven experience working with unions and collective negotiations
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience driving change management initiatives
* Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
* High resilience, adaptability, and relationship-building capability
* Results-oriented with a strong customer focus
