Position OverviewSenior Engineer, Analog Design (P3). Located in the Personal Electronics Solutions (PES) team, focused on PMIC and hybrid mixed‑signal / power developments for high‑end, high‑volume consumer devices (smartphones, tablets, consumer accessories). The role involves design, verification, and transition to production of power IPs such as LDO, BUCK, BOOST, BUCK‑BOOST, CHARGE‑PUMP, SIMO, IBB, oscillators, PLL, band‑gap, references, ADC, DAC, I/O, OTP, MTP, DFT.ResponsibilitiesDefine and design complex power IPs.Execute PMIC design, pre‑silicon verification, and post‑silicon validation.Provide guidance to the physical design layout team.Engage with customers on technical feasibility.Participate in weekly meetings and IC milestone workshops.Support project management, task planning, and schedule.Minimum QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.At least 3years of experience in analog IP design.Solid technical and analytical background with strong problem‑solving skills.Team player with experience across multiple disciplines.Good understanding of mixed‑signal design flow and top‑down development methodology.Familiarity with power IP topologies.Experience with analog functional and parametric verification (PVT corners, layout parameter extraction, simulations).Good written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsProficiency with Cadence Virtuoso ADE Spectre.Knowledge of scripting languages and HDL programming (Verilog/System‑Verilog).Experience with analog behavioral models (Verilog‑A, Verilog‑AMS, etc.).Familiarity with mixed‑signal verification methodology and tools (AMS/APS/Flex).Experience in high‑voltage, low‑geometry process technology.Lab silicon bring‑up and production test support experience.Job Requirements: Experienced; Travel: Yes (50% of the time); Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
