Customer Service Specialist – LATAM - Spanish speaking Countries (Based in Italy, Bergamo)
Role purpose
The Customer Service Specialist supports the LATAM region and other Spanish speaking Countries by acting as the main orchestration point between customers, sales, supply chain, and various internal operations.
The role ensures smooth order execution, proactive communication, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining strong operational discipline.
Key responsibilities
Order Orchestration (≈50%)
Coordinate end-to-end order flow from order entry to delivery.
Act as central interface between customers, sales, planning, logistics, and factories.
Monitor order status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
Ensure clear communication and alignment across internal stakeholders.
Drive on-time delivery and execution reliability.
Customer Management (≈40%)
Manage daily communication with customers and distributors for the assigned Countries.
Provide order updates, delivery information, and issue resolution.
Build strong working relationships and ensure professional customer experience.
Support sales teams in customer follow-up and execution topics.
Handle escalations with ownership and urgency.
Reach out proactively to customer base for forecast visibility, churn and cross sell opportunities
Administrative Support (≈10%)
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems.
Support documentation, reporting, and basic commercial administration.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
Required profile
Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support / Inside Sales (industrial/B2B environment preferred).
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting.
Available to travel for trainings purpose
