- Paying attention to the guest’s requirements to ensure understanding of enquiries and deliver personalized travel solutions.
- Give accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas etc.
- Providing full customer service to our guests prior to arrival and if needed during and after
- Help with marketing tasks when needed
- Other duties as assigned in line with personal skills/interests. **Requirements**:
Background and/or experience in the tourism branch.
- Fluent in English, French and/or German. Minimum requirement C1.
- Knowledge of Italian/Spanish would be a +.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Interest in the travel and hospitality industry.
