For a Multinational Company leader in Logistic industry, We are looking for a: Senior Business ControllerIf you are analytical, business‐oriented, and passionate about driving financial performance, this is your chance to join the world's leading logistics company.What You'll DoManage monthly Actual Closing and produce financial reports.Lead Forecast and Budget activities for the BU.Monitor customer & site profitability through structured reporting and monthly performance calls with Ops Excellence and BU teams.Analyze capacity usage, start-up economics, and service profitability together with BU and Operations leaders.Act as a financial advisor to the BU leadership team, supporting decision-making with clear insights.Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) to identify risks and opportunities.Support pricing, commercial proposals, and customer renewals with financial simulations and business cases.Partner with Operations to drive cost optimization initiatives and performance improvement.Ensure data quality and compliance with global finance standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.Contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and financial KPIs.Oversee the accuracy of accruals, provisions, and project P&Ls.What We're Looking ForDegree in Finance, Economics, or similar.Experience in controlling in Supply Chain/Logistic complex environments.Strong analytical mindset and excellent Excel skills.Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.Strong communication skills and good English level.Società di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.
