We are looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and Pharmaceutical projects. THE ROLE You will be the electrical lead of our projects in Italy as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs. Lead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, H&S and Risk management and project delivery. Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. Identify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility. Ensure full compliance with Italian regulations. Produce and sign off official submissions to local authorities. Manage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management. Mentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. WHAT WE NEED Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent. Must-Have: Deep knowledge of Italian regulations. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or Pharmaceutical projects in Italy. Experience in producing, delivering and possibly signing off official submissions to local authorities. Language: Full professional fluency in spoken and written Italian and English. Project management: Proven experience in electrical project management, with the ability to provide autonomous leadership and coordinate small teams of engineers Revit & Navisworks: Competent in the use of Revit and Navisworks WHY JOIN US?
