Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding
* Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues
Requirements:
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume environment
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus
