We are looking for highly motivated Industrial Engineering Manager for KONE Industrial SpA, based in Pero (MI). The ideal candidate will join the Engineering&Lean team with the responsibilities for Industrial Engineering. She/he will lead, evaluate and develop a team of professional Industrial Engineers and technical support staff to ensure that industrial engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals. How you will contribute Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost Analyze and develop manufacturing processes to drive and following up manufacturing targets (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Cost) and actions on unit level through safe, innovative and competitive processes. Ensure safe and efficient flow, drive process and technology risk assessments. Ensure employees have needed training and awareness for safety and environmental aspects and they are following instructions and policies. Business specific topic Create and execute Unit Manufacturing development plans to improve cost competitiveness, quality, delivery and productivity. Maintain strong connections with other colleagues within KONE to promote LEAN and Six Sigma culture, sustain LEAN model, share best practices and to understand current and future trends. Manage new manufacturing technology development with R&D, category and factory, drive needed competences. Is accountable for setting best industry flow in factory to bring more added value for our customers by using Lean, Six Sigma methodology and utilizing digitalization opportunities in line with global strategy. Create best factory, line level flow supported by flow standards and Standard Operating Procedure. Create and maintain Manufacturing Master data according standard procedures. Ensure process changes are analyzed with proper tools e.g. PFMEA. Plan and execute CAPEX in line with global manufacturing strategy. Bring voice of the factory to global development projects and support categories to improve product cost and quality. Support NPCI and change management in the Unit. Who you are Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Management Engineering At least 4/5 years of experience from industrial engineering activities, participating and managing development projects in production environment Strong leadership experience Focus on results and able to complete task on time under pressure Fluent in English Project Management Ocra/niosh analysis Layout definition (autocad) Business case analysis Make or buy analysis Punching and Bending - Cad Cam knowledge Database definition SAP basic knowledge We believe in diversity, inclusion and equity.
