The Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE) is an established, world-class scientific research and experimentation facility that organizes and conducts scientific research and technology development centred on the maritime domain. /p pIt delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (ST) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and oversee software development activities, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery. /li liTrack progress, identify and mitigate risks and blockers, and facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience. /li liA recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP. /li liA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing software development or IT projects with proven track record of successful delivery in complex technical environments. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills with ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks while translating complex requirements into actionable plans. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences. /li liProfessional experience with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.). /li liUnderstanding of IT service delivery, operational workflows, and procurement processes. /li liGood level of spoken and written English. /li /ul pIf you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you!
