About the role
The role is responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce websites, driving web optimisations for improving e-commerce sales and brand communication, improving SEO performance, analysing GA4 data, and supporting the creation of content for campaigns and promotions.
Location: The role is based in Assago.
What you’ll do
* Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Drive web optimisations for improving e-commerce sales and a seamless User Experience (UX).
* Optimize site performance, UX, and SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, reporting).
* Monitor and analyze website performance with Google Analytics (GA4), providing insights and recommendations to media and e-commerce team.
* Support content creation for promotions: landing pages, banners, product content, and campaign materials.
* Collaborate with marketing (brand and product), e-commerce and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
Who you are
* Short experience in a similar role, with exposure to website management (CMS platforms).
* Strong interest for e-commerce.
* Understanding of SEO best practices.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) reporting and analysis.
* Good communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.
* Experience in content creation tools is considered as a plus (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Spanish and/or French are considered as a plus.
Compensation and benefits
Salary starts from €29,100.00 annually gross base salary depending on qualifications and experience. The role is covered by the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
