Sensorial Guest Experience Agent
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and managing cash operations during shifts.
A successful Front Office Agent will also coordinate with internal departments and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay;
* Manage guest interactions, handle complaints, and resolve issues efficiently;
* Process all transactions accurately and securely;
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations;
Requirements:
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude;
* Show initiative and take proactive steps to address guest needs;
* Demonstrate fluency in English and another language, preferably German; prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
