Identify part numbers, availability recommend necessary items. Inspect worn, damaged or defective part(s) to determine replacement required. Complete parts order form or data entry. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liThe Parts Counter Advisor is responsible to provide prompt, courteous contact with customers and/or guests (walk‑in, phone, email, etc.) and direct service as appropriate /li liProcess parts counter sale and/or returns.
