The successful candidate will possess a strong background in real estate investment and logistics management, with a focus on our Italian logistics real estate portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Asset Management Logistics in Italy. You will be an integral part of the wider EMEA Logistics sector team and collaborate with dedicated logistics colleagues across Europe. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and optimize the company’s logistics assets, including the development and execution of business plans. /li liImplement asset strategies to maximize property value, with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations. /li liCultivate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and all relevant logistics stakeholders. /li liOversee financial performance, property maintenance, and contractual obligations. /li liConduct market research and provide insightful analysis to inform strategic decision-making. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture/Engineering, or a related field (minimum).
