Overview
Adecco Italia and Adecco Mondovi are hiring a maintenance worker for a client company. The candidate will primarily focus on routine maintenance of industrial plant equipment and, as secondary duty, support the production department. Specific tasks will include mold change, repair, replacement and startup of machines. The position is open to junior candidates without maintenance experience but with a technical diploma in mechanical direction.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance on industrial plant equipment.
* Change molds, repair, replace and start-up machinery.
* Support production department as needed.
* Work daily shifts 07:30‑12:00 and 13:30‑17:00 with possible availability for 2‑shift work.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance (or equivalent technical diploma.)
* Problem‑solving attitude and good manual dexterity.
* Possession of a technical diploma or academy certificate in mechanical discipline.
Working Conditions
Location: Niella Tanaro (CN). Full‑time contract initially fixed‑term with a view to continuity. Working hours: 07:30‑12:00 and 13:30‑17:00, with potential 2‑shift availability.
