PROJECT MANAGER
The Customer is launching two new projects to deploy a new IT infrastructure capable to host 3DX and EDM on premises (virtual instances) to replace the existing toolchain.
Sede lavorativa:
on site su Torino (no smart working)
Responsibilities:
- Managing the project preparation phase (gap analysis, budget, schedule, resources).
- Leading and managing project resources interfacing with the Engineering team.
- Managing the overall relationships with business project managers.
- Managing and documenting project reviews and interface with governance bodies.
- Ensuring compliance with commitments and risk management.
- Managing schedules and ensuring targets on workload, deadlines and quality.
- Ensuring the production of all expected project deliverables (e.G. project charter, project plan, work breakdown structure, project requirements, project functional test cases, project functional test results, data migration guidelines, executive summaries, MoMs, QG deliverables, weekly reports with KPIs, project review presentations, etc.).
- Presenting project status during Steering Committees with main project stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer, Robotic, Automation, Electrical/Electronic, Cybernetics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics or similar).
- ≥ 6 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes tools (e.G. CATIA, SolidWorks, Enovia, NETVIBES, Simulia).
- Experience with Document Management Tools.
- Experience with CAD tools and 2D/3D models.
- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions.
- Strong analytical and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical and analytical thinking skills.
- Intercultural and international experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Availability for business trips (several potential locations both in Italy and in France).
Nice To Have Skills:
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DX toolchain (3DEXPERIENCE).
- Experience with Siemens Xpedition EDM (Engineering Data Management).
- Working experience in regulated product design and development environments. xlwpduy
