Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee maintenance scheduling and repairs to maximize equipment availability and yield. You will drive equipment enhancements and analyze data to inform improvements, while ensuring safety practices and team alignment with company policies. You’ll support in-house design, procurement, and training efforts to keep operations running smoothly. This position offers hands‑on problem solving in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment that values operational excellence and growth.

* Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs
* Recommend and implement equipment enhancements to improve availability and yield
* Collect and analyze equipment data, report results
* Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance analyses
* Troubleshoot complex equipment problems
* Procure replacement parts and tools for manufacturing
* Assist with design/fabrication of equipment; install and train colleagues
* Enforce safety practices and PPE usage; ensure guards and safety features are functional
* Set day‑to‑day objectives for the maintenance team

Responsabilità
* Bachelor (or equivalent) and 4-8 years of relevant experience
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, instrumentation, and computer systems
* Experience assembling/disassembling equipment
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
* Excellent project management and planning skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Strong leadership skills
