This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Delivery Lead in Italy.
This role sits at the critical intersection of product strategy and engineering execution, ensuring that complex digital initiatives move smoothly from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for translating product intent into clear, structured execution plans that engineering teams can confidently implement. Acting as a central connector across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure alignment, predictability, and transparency across multiple concurrent initiatives. The position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You will also play a key role in identifying delivery risks early and ensuring they are addressed before they impact timelines. In addition, you will help shape delivery frameworks that improve scalability, efficiency, and collaboration across teams. This is a high-impact role in a fully remote, product-driven environment focused on building and shipping meaningful digital products at speed.
Accountabilities
* Translate product requirements into clear epics, defining the “what” and “why” for engineering teams.
* Collaborate with engineering to break down initiatives into milestones, releases, and prioritized delivery plans.
* Own and maintain delivery roadmaps, ensuring visibility across teams and stakeholders.
* Identify and remove delivery blockers, ensuring smooth execution across concurrent initiatives.
* Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and share insights.
* Support capacity planning, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.
* Define and track KPIs to measure product impact and inform data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
* Proven experience in product delivery, portfolio management, or delivery governance roles.
* At least 5 years of experience working with fast-paced product and engineering teams.
* Strong ability to manage complex, multi-team initiatives and bring structure to ambiguity.
* Experience working closely with senior and C-level stakeholders across functions.
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in business or product analytics.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English.
